Some Housing Markets Aren't Only Retaining Value, They’re Growing
The Carolinas were recently named among markets faring better than the rest of the country by National Association of REALTORS® Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. With this good news comes the challenge of convincing would-be buyers and sellers that local conditions don't resemble the national trends, a challenge many areas like North Carolina, Texas and upstate New York know all too well.

Americans Still Optimistic About Housing

A recent survey from AOL Real Estate and Zogby International probed Americans' views on the constantly evolving real estate market and found a surprising bit of optimism in home ownership with more than half of the survey respondents saying they believe home ownership is still attainable for most people.
